Sweet red baby

  1. 1 raw beetroot
  2. 150g raspberries (or strawberries)
  3. 1 handful spinach
  4. 3x dried prunes
  5. squeeze of lemon
  6. vanilla essence
  7. 50ml water/milk of choice

Coriander bomb

  1. 2 mandarin oranges
  2. 1 banana
  3. 75g wild blueberries
  4. handful of coriander
  5. ½ teaspoon spirulina
  6. squeeze of lime

Green boost

  1. 1 pear
  2. 1/2 avocado
  3. 50g spinach
  4. 1 tbsp minced ginger
  5. 4 leaves mint
  6. splash of water

Queen of spices

  1. 50g diced mango
  2. 1 banana
  3. small piece of broccoli
  4. handful of spinach
  5. pinch of cardamom

Coffeelover

  1. 1 banana
  2. 20ml freshly brewed espresso
  3. 3 dates
  4. 1/2tsp carob (or cacao)
  5. pinch of cinnamon
  6. pinch of nutmeg
  7. squeeze of lime
  8. handful of cashews

Tumeric energizer

  1. 1 banana
  2. 2 dried figs
  3. 100ml almond milk
  4. ½tsp turmeric powder
  5. drop of vanilla
  6. 1/4tsp cinnamon
  7. handful of almonds

Kickstart greens

  1. 50g spinach
  2. 100g chopped cucumber
  3. 50g chopped celery
  4. 1 small apple, chopped
  5. 5 mint leaves
  6. 1tsp coconut oil
  7. 2tbsp hemp hearts
