Aqua kickboxing body workout

That’s right. This workout combines both kickboxing and a full body workout in one. And all of that while you’re in the pool. Now you’re probably wondering what that looks like. Well, actually exactly as you can imagine. Think: a (water-resistant) punching bag, ready for you to throw some punches at. In addition, the rest of the pool is used for full body exercises (which differ every week). You can easily burn up to 600 calories during this workout at Recreation Center Oostervant.
