And where can you better do this than in a country literally built on water?! We may as well harness those intense blustery winds and score some swell.

In The Hague? Zip that wetsuit up and take a surfing lesson with the aptly named Surf’s Cool, Tasha’s Surfcamp, The Shore. Total beginner and curious? Learn how at Aloha, and then kick back with an ice-cold beer on the sun-drenched terrace. If you already know the ropes and just want to catch those crests on your own, then Hartbeach Quiksilver Surfschool is the place for you; just rent a surfboard.

If you live in Amsterdam or around, head to Zandvoort near Haarlem for some rad barrels. At North Sea Watersport, you can rent a surfboard and walk straight into the ocean yourself, no teacher. Or, come to Rotterdam! De Surfschool is the spot for a sweet surf session.

What’s sup?

Ah, summer… that awesome feeling of being warmed to the bones after spending the whole day outdoors. What a better way to cool off than stand-up paddle? With OneFit, you can SUP in every city in the Netherlands. Add an after-workout tipple and you’ve bagged yourself a holiday and a half.

We’ve plenty of SUP stations from you to choose from: M&M Stand Up Paddling, SUP SUP in Amsterdam, and Utrecht, Fun Forest SUP in Rotterdam, SUPbinckies in Den Haag, Supmoves in Leiden, and picturesque city Haarlem: you’ll soon be able to SUP through it with SUP Adventures here. Phew, we needed to take a big in-breath in for that one.

Dig your toes in the sand

OneFit brings the epicness with intense workouts on the beach and in the water! Check in at De Wolf Gym or F45 the Bridge in The Hague to feel that extra burn of resistance from sand for your muscles – you’ll be put to work for sure. Wanting to connect with nature in a different way? Try a yoga class at Omana, overlooking the sparkling sea.

It’s not just the beach that’s got what you need; you’ve also got access to the city parks. Who says you need to workout inside when it’s beautiful weather? Try our outdoor Rocycle sessions in Amsterdam and Utrecht or our HIGH STUDIOS sessions all over Amsterdam.

If you want to go for a swim, check this blog to see the list of swimming pools that are available to you now. Many of these also have outdoor baths too. Book, check in, go for a swim, soak up the sun and chill out! It couldn’t be easier. For the adventurers

Climbing, bouldering, trampoline jumping, or ApenkooiGym sessions: there are plenty of opportunities for you to chalk up and clamber about. In bad weather, get your adrenaline boost through indoor cliff diving or climbing. When the sun inevitably shines again, take your OneFit buddies with you to a climbing session in the Fun Forest!
