We can imagine you’ll think of De Gymnastiek Fabriek (translated: The Gym Factory) as a mega sports hall full of gymnastics equipment. Well, you’re wrong. Yes, the gymnastics look is certainly present (think: old school gym). But in real life, it’s a boutique gym; pretty tiny. Their schedule however is not so tiny at all. Circuit training, slow flow yoga, hula hoop (no joke), gym mat training, boogie bounce extreme… You can practically do anything here. It’s a true sports walhalla. But for this weekend we’re all about the booty boost circuit workout. Booty, booty, booty!

Beauty of a booty

Quite often, the booty and its glutes are neglected. Why? Well, most people are focussing on leg muscles, arm muscles or abs. Glutes are not that interesting. Besides that, many men find working on your booty a ‘women’s thing’. Nonsense. Your big gluteal muscle is one of the largest muscles in your body and is, together with the rest of your glutes, directly connected to your upper legs, stomach and spine. Exactly, those glutes play quite a crucial part in you daily movements. On top of that – yes, it’s the cliche: who does not want a beauty of a booty?!
