In this 30-minute lunch break class you work on getting that booty pumped, that peach a bit rounder or those glutes on fire. You pick! Combining toning and strengthening exercises together to improve your fitness level. High energy, fun and sweat are what you`re getting when joining this class. The most important thing that you will learn is to move in your own level and take on your own challenges for body and mind. Ending the class with shaking legs and a smile on your face, that's for sure.
For the workouts you need your mat, a bottle of water and a resistance band(optional). This class takes place indoors. In good weather, the lesson will be given outside.
