In this class you combine the best of both worlds. Toning the body with ballet- and pilates based strength exercises and Hiit to get that heart rate up and working on improving your fitness level. High energy, fun and sweat are what you`re getting when joining this class. The most important thing that you will learn is to move in your own level and take on your challenges for body and mind. Walking out of the class with a shaking body and a smile on your face, thats`s for sure.
For the workouts you need your mat, a bottle of water and a resistance band(optional). This class takes place indoors. In good weather, the lesson will be given outside.
