Bij Flowmotion verbeteren we je looptechniek door oefeningen en persoonlijke tips. Ook ga je enorm vooruit in snelheid door de uitdagende en leuke intervaltraingen. Tot slot wordt je sterker door de core-oefeningen. Om deel te nemen aan de lessen voor gevorderden moet je de 10 km onder de 45 minuten kunnen lopen.

The meeting point for this location is in Vondelpark next the playground by Tennisclub Kattenlaan. If you want to change before the class, make sure you arrive in plenty of time. There are lockers and showers available, you can ask for a key. Note: This information does not apply to training sessions at Beatrix Park! Meet outside Café de Blauwe Engel for this location! If you are training in the dark make sure to wear hi-vis clothing or straps.
For the training in the Amsterdamse Bos, gather at the lockers (bring 1€), next to Cafe de Bosbaan.
