De deur gaat 20 minuten voor aanvang van je journey open.
De check-in sluit 2 minuten voor de start van elke journey of ceremonie zonder uitzonderingen. Zorg dat je 10 minuten te vroeg bent om naar binnen te kunnen, vermijd wachtrijen en geniet van ons programma.
Als de deur op slot zit, was je helaas te laat om deel te nemen aan de sessie. We doen de deur altijd 2 minuten voor aanvang op slot om een ongestoorde reis te garanderen, dus zorg dat je op tijd bent.
Zet je telefoon tijdens de reis op vliegtuigmodus en neem hem niet mee op de mat.
Draag comfortabele kleding. Tip: draag gelaagde kleding + warme sokken.
Helaas doen we geen restituties. Let op bij het reserveren van een plek, want we hebben een beperkt aantal plaatsen beschikbaar.
