Full of easy to follow Latin moves & simple dance sequences designed to give you a workout whilst having a party! Get ready to enjoy many Latin influences varying from Salsa to Bachata to Samba to Merengue! Get ready for the intensity to rise as the workout continues! Get ready for your heart to start pumping as we train that stamina & burn those extra calories. That’s right - your new favorite high cardio, deliciously sweaty, serotonin-boasting workout has arrived! Everyone is welcome & no dance experience is necessary (remember it’s a workout & a party)!

*We provide mats and all props for classes in all of our Studios, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
*Please arrive 15 mins before your class, we cannot allow access after the class has started.
*Double check at which location you are booked and always park your bike in the designated bike parking areas, the surveillance officers are active in the area and may remove your bike if parked wrongly.
*Lockers are provided in all studios, please use them for your valuables.
