Barre(less) Booty uses traditional barre and pilates movements to tone and sculpt your bum! Of course you will also work your thighs and core through a series of functional and fun movements. Expect 40 minutes of booty and core burning; for maximum results grab your sliders (or dish towels), mini-loop resistance band, and yoga mat. Intensity level = all levels.This class is taught in English.
