A 45min “At home core workout” that will improve your posture and strengthen your core.
Pilates is a form of exercise emphasizing the balanced development of the body through core strength, improved flexibility, and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement. It was developed by Joseph Pilates and is also known as the Pilates Method. Many of the benefits of practicing pilates are improved strength and better and movement through activities of daily living.
For this Online class we are going to need:
- A towel
-core sliders ( can be replaced by plastic plates, or two small hand towels)
Make sure you have everything ready!
Its important to bring your mat and something to keep you warm. Don't forget to also bring a big beach towel and something to cover your eyes
