Have you been missing the energy and the beats of a club? It is a beginner friendly class, as we utilise the repetition of aerobics to learn each dance move. Music is extremely important in the class as we go from the 70s to the 00s (some classics and some stuff you've never heard before) . We have 7/8 tracks we dance to each class and certain tracks focus on different parts of the body: Arms, Legs, Abs, Buns, Footwork and we have warm ups and warm downs just like Aerobics. Expect over the top moves, drama, silliness and most of all FUN. This is a high energy class!
Please bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises. Dress ups are highly recommended for this class so you can get the full experience.
