Have you been missing the energy and the beats of a club? We will start the class with a Barre(less) Booty and end up with some (0.0) Beers. Expect a barre and pilates-based lesson focused on lifting, toning, and sculpting the bum. Move to the music and complete all exercises on the beat to high-energy playlists for a challenging 50 minutes of sculpting! Expect to see some influences from ballet and pilates in this barre-inspired class. Lots of core and balance exercises are included to round out the workout, improve your posture, and assist with lower back pain. Please bring your own yoga mat (or towel) and mini-loop resistance band if desired for extra challenge!
