About this class: "The key to forming good habits is to make them part of your 'rituals' " (Lewis Howes. This morning practice which will open and strengthen the body and relax the mind. The flow of energy in your body will harmonize throughout this balanced practice. We start with a simple yet energising flow, infused with mindful breathing, and close with meditation. This is focused on setting intentions for the day ahead, so that your day becomes beautiful. At the end of the class you will feel energy, calmness and gratitude.
Welcome back to Beautiful Yoga! Our doors open 15 minutes before the start of a class and class when the class starts the doors close, so be sure to be on time.
We have yoga mats, blankets, pillows and props available for you, but feel free to bring your own gear. Please wear comfortable sport or baggy clothes.
You can leave your belongings in the locker room. Please turn your phone off during the class.
Let the instructor know if you have injuries or if you're pregnant so that they can coach you the right way.
