About the class

Een geleide circulaire ademtechniek activeert je Prana; je levens-energie. Geactiveerde energie verhoogt je lichaamsvibratie. Dit geeft je inzicht in blokkades. Ademwerk is een krachtige zelf-helende tool. Ondersteund door meditatie, maak je verbinding met je essentie en kun je ongeschikte energie laten gaan.* In this class you will expand body-awareness and learn to process your emotions. A guided circular breathing technique activates your Prana; your life-energy. Activated energy elevates your body’s vibration; giving insights into what’s blocking you. Breathwork is powerful self-healing tool. Supported by meditation you reconnect to your essence, allowing you to release unuseful energies.

Specifics

We want to be a safe and happy place for everyone, so please respect the following precautions;

* Clean your mat and props after use
* Don't place your bike in front of the studio, make it a mindful walk to the studio
* Be on time. Make sure you're present 5 minutes before the start of the class. Once the class has started, you are not allowed to enter.
