Tijdens deze training maak je gebruik van attributen zoals elastieken, touwen, kettelbells en TRX en ligt de focus op spierkracht en krachtuithoudingsvermogen.
Take your clean indoor shoes, and don't forget your towel and bottle of water! Please wear a shirt or a top, even when you have a sixpack ;-)
Please don't park your bike on the market but in one of the side streets, that's how we keep our neighbours happy.
We have a shower at Studio A. For Studio A, please take your own lock to close off your locker.
