About the class

The ideal class to work on general agility and to relax the muscles. Our bodies lose a lot of flexibility and agility as we get older and many movements become increasingly difficult.Stretching is an excellent way to improve the flexibility of joints and muscles. It helps to relieve tension and improves blood circulation. It also helps to recover muscles faster and reduces the risk of injuries.Stretching is a great training in and of itself and can very well be combined with all our other lessons.In our Stretching classes we combine stretching disciplines from ballet, yoga, pilates and gymnastics.

Specifics

Please note: The entrance to the studio is via the outdoors stairs to the left of building 102-1/2. Walk up the stairs and take the first door to your right. Please arrive a couple of minutes before the lesson starts. Upon arriving, check in with your name by using the iPad on the wall in the studio.

No outdoors- or black soled footwear should be worn in the studio. Socks, soft ballet and pointe shoes are allowed. It is also OK to be barefoot. Please bring your own water bottle and towel in order to stay well hydrated and ensure a tidy space.
