The practice of Iyengar Yoga improves posture, blood circulation and the nervous system. It also provides protection, healing and improves overall health. Iyengar Yoga at the Molenpad is a small intimate Yoga Studio, the perfect place to find peace in your life. To find the studio, turn right at the reception desk in the entrance and then take a second right. Classes are kept small here so the qualified teachers can assist on a one to one basis, if needed. Iyengar Yoga uses props to enhance the practice. Equipment such as ropes, chairs, blocks and more are incorporated to make your yoga class professional, effective and fun!
Note: Make sure you arrive 5 minutes before the start of the lesson. If this is your first visit to Iyengar Yoga make sure you arrive 15 minutes before the lesson. There are showers available, but no lockers. During the lessons your arms and legs must be visible so wear shorts and a t-shirt. People without any experience in yoga are advised to come to a level 1 lesson. After the lesson you can discuss with the teacher what level you should follow.
