Reebok CrossFit, what you see is what you get. This is not a gym, but a 820m2 CrossFit Box filled with barebells, kettlebels, pullup bars, ropes and rowing machines. The trainers are there to motivate you and push you to your boundaries! If you have experience you can try the WorkOut of the Day (WOD) to train that bit harder. Beginners are also welcome, book a beginners class and explore the world of CrossFit!
Always arrive 15 minutes before the start of the lesson so you can meet the instructors and other group members. After a dynamic warm up you will receive instructions on how to train safely. As soon as the coach counts down 3,2,1 GO it’s time to start the challenge! In a group challenge there is a high level of intensity (this can be adjusted to an individual’s capability). This workout will exhaust you but give you the results you want!
