At Calisthenics Amsterdam, we focus on mobility and training with our own body weight. Strongly similar to gymnastics, but with its own raw and urban touch. As it is easily adapted to each and everyone’s level, training is open for everyone to join and have fun!
To bring: Of course your sports gear, a bottle of water and a banana for after the workout.
Inside or outside?
Only in Noord we really have our own location with courtyard and studio. At the other locations in Oost, Zuid and West we use a public park, so it's not always indoors.
Most locations are exactly marked on Maps. Only in North may Google or Apple-maps navigate you near the gym, but not exactly where you need to be. So look carefully at the map and at the number 538. You'll see an open big blue fence and the gym's sign on the right. Go through the fence to the green containers, and you're there!
