Rocycle makes your workout into a party on a bike! You ride to the music in a candlelit studio and train your
upper body with dumbbells. Meanwhile, your instructor will throw around positive vibes like confetti. After your 45
minutes ride you leave the studio feeling fired up, ready to pamper yourself in their luxurious changing rooms.

Specifics

Double check your booked location! All Rocycle’s workouts include the use of cycling shoes. Please bring your own workout and shower towel. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your class starts. They close the studio door 5 minutes before every class. Anyone after that is late and loses their check-in/visit.
