Shady Lady's aerobic dance is a mesh of retro aerobics and old school dance moves taught by an enthusiastic instructor named Shady Lady. This class is first and foremost all about having fun, think soul train, Jane Fonda, and 90's dance parties had a baby. It is a beginner-friendly dance class, as you utilize the repetition of aerobics to learn each dance move. Music is extremely important in the class, you flashback to 70’s disco through to the 80’s, 90’s and 2000s! Shady Lady, your aerobicised, discofied, and Jazzercised instructor takes you back in time as she rocks a leotard and leg-warmers or her disco flares and glitter.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises. Dress ups are highly recommended for this class so you can get the full experience.
