At the Nyingma Center, you can do a combination of Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga and meditation. Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga is a gentle form of movement that provides very deep relaxation while increasing your vitality. Kum Nye exercises consist of postures, movements, breathing techniques and forms of self-massage. Without sweating you will become very healthy! The lessons conclude with a short meditation.
Preferably wear loose, comfortable clothing. You can change in a separate room if you wish. Mats and meditation cushions are provided. You do not need to bring anything.
