Join this new Balanzs class that is especially designed to do outside. It's a mix between yoga and regular/fitness/bootcamp exercises where we just use our own bodyweight. So expect something different than your typical yoga class indoors, as we spice the exercises up to get the body warm and sweaty. Leaving you feeling strong, energized and ready to conquer the rest of your day. What to bring? You can keep your shoes on if needed and please make sure to wear something warm and wear layers so that you can easily take something of, because you probably will need to ;-). Also bring your yoga mat and something for underneath your mat to cover the floor if it’s wet, like a garbage bag. If you are a little reluctant: Just say YES. Give it a try. :-)

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. You are advised to take your own towel and yoga mat.
Dressing rooms and showers are open, face masks are no longer mandatory.
Students are advised to come on their practice clothing and to carry their own mat. In case of no mat available, you can rent one from the studio with cost 1 euro per time.
