The practise of traditional yoga poses with the help of pranayama breathing exercises make you find your inner peace and stillness of mind. During this 60 minutes yoga practise you not only challenge your busy „monkey mind“ but also your strength while developing your flexibility, core, energy and balance. Find some time for yourself.

Dit is een klassieke yogales van 60 minuten geïnspireerd op ashtanga vinyasa en hatha yogastijlen. Het beoefenen van traditionele yoga houdingen met behulp van pranayama ademhalingsoefeningen zorgen ervoor dat je je innerlijke rust en verstilling van geest vindt. Tijdens deze yoga-oefening daag je niet alleen je drukke “geest” uit, maar ook je kracht terwijl je je flexibiliteit, kern, energie en balans ontwikkelt. Zoek wat tijd voor jezelf.
