When Pilates meets weights and resistance, you get Pilates Sculpt!
A playful and challenging practice adding a modern twist to the traditional Pilates mat workout.
Respecting the 10 main principles of Pilates and focusing on postural alignment, strengthening and balancing the muscle groups around the spine -and not only-, this class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles over the entire body.
The lesson may implement yoga inspired movements and postures for warm up and stretching.
As the class progresses the focus apart from the abdominals and core is also directed to hip and shoulder mobility and into sculpting by using weights or resistance and focusing on arms, legs, gluteals, hamstrings and back extensors.
To participate in this class, which is designed to accommodate practitioners of varying levels, you will need two weights of 1 kg each or alternatively two bottles of water, shampoo or wine.. Anything you wish!

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. You are advised to take your own towel and yoga mat.
The dressing rooms and showers are closed until further notice.
Students are advised to come on their practice clothing and to carry their own mat. In case of no mat available, you can rent one from the studio with cost 1 euro per time.
Face masks are requested to be worn upon entrance in the studio and during the use/presence in the lounge and common areas. It can be removed once the student arrives on the mat.
