This is an outside class- location is the private parking lot next to Tribes- bring your own mat, towel and water- in case of bad weather the class will be canceled and your credits will be restored. You will hear about this max 1 hour before the class via email.When you're at home it's nice to know that your house has a solid foundation so the walls won't suddenly collapse on you. Like your house, your body also needs a strong foundation and this foundation is your core. It doesn't matter if you're a dancer, yogi, runner or practice any other kind of movement, the core is essential to all movement. Core flow is all about building awareness, control, stability and flexibility while listening to your body. We do this through a combination of yoga, pilates and a bit of ballet based exercises. Core flow is for all levels, so feel welcome even if it's your first time exercising. Come to this class and learn how to move from your center!
Tribes Dance & Yoga is located directly next to the Van der Werfpark. You have to go through the gate of the park to enter the studio. Tribes’ workouts are for everybody and for all experience levels unless mentioned otherwise.
