Train With Bani's workouts are varied. Each workout starts with a 10-15 minute stretch and mobility to prepare the muscles and joints for the workout. The HIIT workouts are full body cardio workouts where the focus is on endurance and pace. These workouts are suitable for beginners and advanced. For the lower body and core workout, the emphasis is more on strength training, posture and number of repetitions instead of speed and cardio. During this lesson it is important that you have materials, such as a resistance band / dumbells / kettlebell with you, to optimize the effect of the exercises.
Don't forget to bring your own yogamat!
You can also bring resistance bands for the booty & core workout in Bleyenberg (not required).
The bootcamps take place in the Haagse Bos.
The location is easy to reach by car and bicycle / scooter. Two benches can be seen on arrival at the location. Our meeting point is at the bench that is located a little further from the footpath.
