About the class

Onze trainers hebben deze workout speciaal samen gesteld om jouw eigen killerbody te creëren. Deze workout is een high intensity interval circuit training gericht op buik, billen en benen. Je traint hierbij 30 sec. met 15 sec. rust. Het laatste kwartiertje wordt afgesloten met een pittige bokstraining op de zak.

Resultaat gegarandeerd wanneer jij 2 of 3 keer per week hier aan mee doet!


Coming by car is no problem, you can park in front of the door for free.
Bring your own lock for the locker so you don't forget your belongings. A towel is mandatory!

Cancellation period: 8 hours. In case of absence without deregistering on time, the lesson is processed as a check-in in our administration.
