“Sporten Voor Je Deur” offers high-quality bootcamps with enthusiastic and inspiring instructors. The workouts are taught for every level: during the classes you’ll receive personal guidance and work on your goals so that you can improve your strength and stamina quickly. After an hour of intensive training you’ll feel energized and fit. And who would say no to that?
Please bring your own bottle of water and (if you have any) wear running shoes.
Please note: bring your own mat, elastic / resistance band and gloves (may also be winter gloves) when you participate in the Bootcamp training. Bring a mat for the Yoga and Yolates class and boxing gloves for the Kickbox training. The workouts are held 1.5 meters apart. For the Mediyoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm, you do not need to wear sportswear or bring a yoga mat.
