CrossFit The Hague is a well known CrossFit box that is part of Fit Life Spa & Healthclub on the border of The Hague and Rijswijk. If you are experienced with CrossFit then you can go here for WOD's. On Sundays there is an open session from 9:00 am to 10:30 am where you can work independently on your CrossFit skills. This is definitely a location for the dedicated CrossFitters!
