The classes are exactly as Joseph Pilates intended, gentle and careful execution of the exercises interspersed with active stretches.
Pilates exercises make you supple and strong and are good for reducing or preventing back and neck problems. The groups are small so that even a beginner gets enough attention and can come along.
Keep in mind that ventilation is generous, so dress in layers.
