Are you ready to push your limits? Then these intensive workouts are just what you're looking for. A high-intensity workout where you challenge your boundaries each time. Want to work on your technique? During the kickboxing classes, you will learn all the intricacies of the sport. Or work on your strength and fitness during HIIT and Het Kamp! Sweat and Joy.

Specifics

The bag training and kickboxing are done barefoot. Please wear sportswear and bring a towel. When participating in HIIT or the Camp, please wear indoor athletic shoes. You can rent boxing gloves or bring your own.
