Perhaps a bit hidden in the Novotel, but otherwise everything is available in the Active Club The Hague. In addition to a training room with all necessary equipment, the Active Club also has a beautiful sauna room available.
The sauna has foot baths, a dry 80 degree sauna, a wonderful steam bath, two infrared / UV heat lamps, a cold plunge bath, hot and cold showers of course and scrub salt and a relaxation room.
In the Active Club you are fully equipped; All showers are equipped with soap and shampoo. Deodorant, de-make-up for the ladies and cotton swabs. Go to Active Club Den Haag for exercise and relaxation.
In the Active Club we always train our members. As a OneFit member you can of course use our knowledge and skills. But we don't want an overcrowded busy training room or sauna. So text us when you come, or call us, you can still do that nowadays.
Nevertheless, it remains useful to app or call us before you want to come and train or go to the sauna. Especially if you want to use the sauna. After all, it should be nice and warm.

The quiet times are in the afternoons from 2 - 5 PM and Tuesday and Thursday is less crowded than Monday Wednesday and Friday. The late hours are also less crowded. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are less crowded.
Don't forget to bring your own towel and water bottle .
