When we leave high school the chances of us going back in a gym hall are far and few, even if gym was your favourite subject. That’s why, three friends from Amsterdam got together to bring school gymnastics back to life. This workout let’s you relive your childhood days and is literally child’s play! Note: Wear whatever you want – if that’s an animal ‘onesie’ then that’s fine! Please do not wear shoes with black soles. There are spacious changing rooms with showers. The doors only open 15 minutes before class, if you arrive any earlier you will have to wait to be let in.
