Alma Hot Yoga offers a wide range of hot and warm yoga classes: Bikram, Core, Flow, Yin, and Sana classes. The temperature varies from 32°C in the Flow, Core, Yin and Sana classes, to 39°C in the Bikram classes. Enjoy sportive and intense classes, calm and focused classes, meditative and relaxed classes to get stronger, more relaxed, and to clear your head and heart. All classes have the goal to make you stronger physically and mentally. Sweat and Joy!
Be on time: the door closes 5 min before the start of the class. Bring your own mat that is suitable for hot yoga (3-6 mm thickness, closed-cell structure, anti-slip, 60x183/200 cm). Always use a towel that fully covers the mat. You can rent a mat and/or towel for € 1.
