Since 2016, in addition to the Original Hot Yoga, we also offer our Hot Hatha 60 and Hot A 90, Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. Our experienced international teachers are ready to personally guide you on your yoga path. Doing yoga regularly will give you a healthy and beautiful body. Your overall health and balance will also improve, you will find that you become more confident, patient and calm in your mind. From here you can discover the true purpose of yoga as a method of self-discovery.

Specifics

First time at Hot Yoga Eindhoven - use one of our mats for free. After that, you can rent a mat for EUR 2. Bring a bottle for water and a towel to cover your mat.

Parking: You can park your car for free behind our studio, for instance in Le Sage ten Broeklaan and walk to the studio.
