Bouldering is up and coming! It's the spectacular and athletic little brother of normal rope climbing and it challenges mind ánd body. See it as a full-body workout: you're training fitness, strength, souplesse and creativity in one workout. Because bouldering is a puzzle of sorts, your mind will be activated as well. Train your mind and body skills with this fun workout.
Independent bouldering is only for those with some experience. Haven't bouldered, ever? Do an introduction class first. The instructor will tell you everything and teach you the tips and tricks of bouldering. After that, you're ready to go! You'll climb above a thick mat with a maximum height of 4 meters. A boulder is climbing route that consists of different coloured grips.
Note: Next to flexible sports clothing and clean indoor shoes you don't need anything else. If you want you can rent special boulder shoes at the location.
