At this gym, sport is really passion. Kenamju Sports Center is not only for professional athletes and fanatical amateurs; everyone is welcome. Not only do you exercise in complete luxury, but because of the diverse workout offer you can try something different every time. Jump in the saddle and go for a spirited spinning class, burn off some energy during a punching bag workout or swing around during Zumba!
The changing rooms have free lockers. It is required to use boxing gloves or the (kick)boxing and boxing bag workouts. The location offers boxing gloves for rent, which is free the first time. After that, renting gloves costs €2,50 per workout. At Kenamju we have a number of house rules. For example, we do not allow tank tops and caps for men and tops with a visible belly are not allowed for women.
