Curly Moves is a place where you can have fun, meet nice people and relax from the hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines. We teach low impact (Healthy Spine and Pilates), medium intensity (Body Ballet, Power Pilates, Flat belly & round booty) and high intensity (Bootcamp and Burn & Sculpt) fitness classes. We also offer a variety of dance workshops.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the training/class/workshop.
For outdoor training: make sure that your shoes are appropriate for an outdoor workout, take your own mat and a bottle of water with you. We will provide you all necessary equipment for a fun and effective workout. Get ready to activate your muscle and sweat :)
For outdoor dancing: we suggest you wear sports shoes as well. We have prepared many amazing workshops for you, it will be a real energy boost.
In case of a bad weather out outdoor training/classes/workshops are going to be held under the roof at Berlijnplein - Perron 9. It's only a few minutes cycling from Majjelapark - so you can check in there and make your warming up while cycling to our rainproof location.
