CrossFit® is for everyone. At Elite CrossFit® there's one goal: letting you move functionally and intensively in a responsible manner. In a modern, open and pleasant environment you work safely and purposefully on the best version of yourself.
Elite CrossFit® is an exclusive gym in the center of The Hague. Personal attention and quality are the focus here. You, therefore, work with small groups of 5 to 8 people. Under the guidance of certified CrossFit® trainers, you'll learn the correct technique. The program is suitable for everyone. The lessons are fully scalable and can therefore easily be adapted to everyone's level.
Be present 10 minutes before the start of the class. Please wait in the common room until you are picked up by the trainer.
When you're at Lange Vijverberg 4-5, take the stairs down at the left side at the green door. Elite Trainers is indicated nu a gold sign next to the door.
