Vigorous CrossFit, formerly known as CrossFit Orient, is now located in the Haagse Sport Centrale close to the Mega Stores. At Vigorous CrossFit you will learn new skills, train with purpose and progress alongside others. It is important to know that we prioritise and balance technique with intensity in order to set up the most efficient training sessions with high efficacy.

If you are new to this whole CrossFit training session do not be afraid since we will modify and adapt newcomers to their fitness level. So do not worry about the exercises you cannot do but be open to the progressions and exercises you can do with intensity. After all it is about having a good, fun and effective workout to get one step closer to being fitter.
