Thursday 22 April van 17:45 tot 18:30
The great American meditator, Alan Watts, once said, “The only good reason to meditate is for the fun of it.” However, many of us can find it challenging or seemingly impossible to sit with closed eyes in a ‘traditional’ meditation posture for any length of time.
Meditation and mindfulness practices do not have to be static or seated. In this one-hour practice, we will use a series of gentle, repeating movements to bring us into harmony with the breath. Find your own space and pace while we explore how we inhabit this body.
No need for a mat or any special equipment, just the body and the breath. These techniques can be done almost anywhere at any time to bring a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.
Let op: neem je eigen matje, handdoek en water mee.
