Twerking mainly involves moving the hips and buttocks. The class starts with an intensive warm up, with exercises for buttocks and legs. Warming up is followed by an explanation of the technique about the movements of the hips and buttocks. Then we will teach a choreography. The lesson ends with a cool down. Note: this class is taught in English. You will need a bottle of water for this class.
