We’re excited to host a unique Candlelight Yin Christmas Special with expert teacher Philine Nugteren in collaboration with OneFit. The event will be held at a very special location, the art room of the Hilton Hotel. Allow a deeper opening of the body and a feeling of calmness in this super slow deep stretch class led by expert teacher Philine Nugteren. Combined with the impressive candle-lit décor of the art room and beautiful music, you’re in for a treat!
You are allowed to use our mats and props but feel free to bring your own equipment if you prefer. A water bottle is always a good idea and for more calm lessons (Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation) we recommend to bring something warm to wear. You can store your personal belongings in 1 of our lockers.
The door closes when the class starts so we recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes in advance so that you will not not miss your class.
