Prepare to sweat in this one-hour strong Vinyasa flow. We will engage all the major muscle groups of the body with a focus on building strength and stability. The flow builds using traditional asana and functional movements, adding playful elements along the way. Options will be offered throughout to turn the volume up or down so you can make the practice what your body needs today. Legs? Yes we will. Back and shoulders? You bet. Arms and chest? Oh yeah. Core? Absolutely! It is recommended to get comfortable with HAUM FOUNDATIONS FLOW before joining this one.
