Who said a "beginners" class had to be easy? Whether you are new to Vinyasa Yoga or just want a new experience in your practice, this one-hour class is for you. In our FOUNDATIONS class we build the asana from the ground up, tear it down, and build it again. You can explore what the poses feel like in your body when fully engaged. This is no set sequence. Each class offers a new challenge. And, as always, options will be given throughout so you can turn the volume up or down.
Please note: bring your own mat, towel and water.
