Workout Amsterdam offers training sessions in a small group of up to 12 people. Bootcamp training takes place in various parks in Amsterdam so you always get a workout with a view! The instructors ensure everyone gets the same assistance so you can work at your own maximum level. Classes are suitable for everyone and the workouts are mixed up regularly so you can always challenge yourself. Try Kettlebell Workout or Hit & Core to get strong and toned. This is intense, dynamic group training but most importantly – it’s fun!
