There is enough space to stretch the legs at the light studio of the Yoga Club in De Baarsjes. You’ll be attending a vinyasa class with a maximum of ten other people, so you’ll get personal attention and all the advice from instructor Brigitte to get into the flow. Her motto is ‘Take time for yourself, we’ll take time for you’ for a reason. With the different forms of yoga you can look for relaxation and calmness, or becoming more flexible and stronger with the class that suits your needs.
