Personal attention if very important to us, that’s why we work with experienced trainers and coaches to bring you a session that’s on your level, ensuring that you keep improving your skills and fitness.
Please arrive 10 minutes before start of training.
Trampolines: We jump barefoot, but you can buy grip-socks at the reception or bring your own pair.
Calisthenics: Please wear shoes with clean soles. You don’t need special gym shoes.
